Five grams. Type I and III, hydrolysed into peptides small enough to survive digestion — the same form, at the same dose, used in the human skin studies.

Collagen synthesis is an enzymatic reaction and vitamin C is a required cofactor in it. Without this, the 5,000 mg above has nothing to work with.
- Copper Bisglycinate1 mg
Copper is what cross-links collagen and elastin fibres to one another. It is the difference between loose protein and actual structure.

100% of the daily requirement. Not the 10,000 mcg megadose that exists to look impressive on a label.

No. Marine collagen is derived from fish, so Super Glow is non-vegetarian and contains fish. This is stated on every pack. If you need a vegetarian option, Super Slim is 100% vegetarian.
Alphonso Mango. It is sweetened with stevia and erythritol, with no added sugar, and it is designed to dissolve completely in cold water.
